The Social Service Department will take the time to go through our Admission Agreement.

All new residents will be made aware of what their rights are as a resident and what our rights are as a Long Term Care provider; including the residents responsibilities, the home’s responsibilities, liability and family responsibilities

We provide each resident with:

• The Residents Bill of Rights
• Information about Chester Village’s Residents Council
• Payment information, rate reductions and method of payment
• Information on uninsured services
• Assistance to set up a trust account
